How to use:
1. Prepare your nails with a UV base coat, and UV gel polish.
2. Apply a no-wipe UV topcoat, and cure it under a UV lamp or LED lamp until it is scorched.
3. Use an eyeshadow stick to pick the powder and burnish it onto your nails.
4. Repeat steps 2&3 until you're satisfied with the effect.
5. Seal it with a UV topcoat, and cure it under UV/LED lamp.
