The usefulness of Cultusia Cream Developer: as a mixed material for hair dyeing as well as mixed materials for bleaching (suitable for all brands of dye and bleaching).

Safety instructions: Cultusia Cream Developer contains Hydrogen Peroxide (12%). If exposed to the eyes or the wounded part of the skin then rinse with clean water. Use gloves during application of this product. Store in room temperature or air conditioning room, avoid direct exposure to sunlight and keep away from flammable areas.

Mix cream developer with dye / bleaching powder or cream material, as well as adjust the color mixed with the content of the oxidant percentage (follow the use instructions from each product).Xplease note for advice of use
